关系视角下大学衍生企业成长模式研究

【摘要】:在国家鼓励"大众创业,万众创新"的当今,作为将创新技术与知识从实验室转移到商业社会中的主要模式,大学衍生企业在经济发展中发挥着重要的作用,并面临着新时代的机遇与挑战。现实中,我国大学衍生企业的生存状况参差不齐,有的主导产业发展,有的在市场中飘摇成长,但都脱离不了脱胎于母体大学而形成的自然而然的关系,也逐渐出现了关于二者之间关系强弱对于企业成长影响的争议,但少有研究对大学衍生企业成长这个具有动态性、阶段性特点的过程进行细致地探索。从二者关系演化中寻求大学衍生企业成长的一般规律和内在动因,对大学衍生企业的发展实践也具有重要的指导意义。本文从动态研究角度,打开大学衍生企业与母体大学关系演化过程的黑箱,深入分析大学衍生企业的成长模式。首先,梳理了大学衍生企业成长与资源、大学衍生企业与母体大学关系等相关研究。然后,在现有研究基础上,通过分析大学衍生企业与母体大学关系的演化,构建了大学衍生企业三种成长模式的分析框架。从投入资源和合作交流两个维度衡量大学衍生企业与母体大学之间的关系强度,将母体大学对大学衍生企业投入资源分为技术资源、人力资源、物质资源和管理资源,分析随着时间的推移,其与母体大学进行交流、互动以获取自身生存和发展所必需资源的成长模式。接着,运用案例研究方法,以东软集团、方正集团、清华紫光为例,分析各个案例企业与母体大学的关系演化,揭示各个案例企业的成长模式与成因。最后,通过跨案例研究对大学衍生企业成长模式进行检验,归纳不同大学衍生企业成长模式的异同点以及影响因素。通过上述研究工作,本研究主要得出如下结论:第一,关系视角下大学衍生企业成长模式分为关系维持型成长模式、关系波动型成长模式、关系渐弱型成长模式三种模式。在关系维持型模式中,大学衍生企业与母体大学长期保持紧密的关系、形成资源投入的良性循环;在关系波动型模式以及关系渐弱型模式中,逐步嵌入产业网络能够提升大学衍生企业的绩效水平,但要注意企业内部管理问题导致的负面影响,并保持与母体大学的联系以获取相关资源,维持长期竞争优势。第二,发现了大学衍生企业成长模式的共性,即母体大学在企业孕育阶段进行全面而深入的资源投入,管理资源是其中最为核心的资源,其对技术资源的转化、人力资源的培育和物质资源的获取都会产生重要影响。母体大学通过建立大学衍生企业成功转化科技成果,在市场竞争中成熟壮大的大学衍生企业也会向母体大学提供高额的回报,以此"反哺"母体大学的教育事业,二者形成良性互动发展。第三,学术型企业家、母体大学、政策环境是影响大学衍生企业与母体大学关系演化的关键变量。国家政策大力支持校办企业、以及一系列完善校企改革的政策的事实,验证了国家层面政策会对技术成果转化活动、大学衍生企业的创立与发展产生重要影响,创新创业的校园文化则是孕育创业精神和培育创新人才的土壤。对于母体大学的管理角色、学术型企业家的特质来说,需要结合现实情况辩证地看待其对大学衍生企业的影响。

The relationship between the two from the evolution of general rules and seek the University derived intrinsic motivation of enterprise growth, is also derived from the development practice of enterprise of University An important guiding significance. This paper from the dynamic angle, Open University derived the relationship between enterprises and the parent university evolution of the black box, in-depth analysis of USOs growth pattern. Firstly, combing the USOs growth and resources, research on enterprise relationship with the parent University College is derived. Then, on the basis of existing research, evolution derived through the analysis of relationship between enterprises and the parent University College, built a framework of USOs three kinds of growth pattern. The relationship between the strength from the investment of resources and cooperation in two dimensions to measure the USOs and parent body of the University, the parent University of University spin off companies invest resources into technical resources, human resources, material analysis of resources and management of resources, with the passage of time, the communication with the parent University, interact to acquire necessary resources for the survival and development of the Long mode. Then, using case study method, with the Neusoft group, Thunis Founder group, for example, the relationship between enterprise evolution analysis of each case with the parent University, reveals the growth mode and the causes of all the enterprises. Finally, through cross case study of University spin off enterprises growth model test, different USOs factors the growth pattern of the similarities and differences of influence. Through the above research work, the main conclusions are as follows: first, the University from the perspective of the relationship of derivative business growth model into relational maintenance mode of growth, the relation between the fluctuation type growth mode, the relationship between growth patterns of three kinds of mode to maintain the relationship. In the model, and the USOs the parent university to maintain a close relationship for a long time, forming a virtuous cycle of resources; in the relationship between the fluctuation pattern and the relationship between a type mode, being embedded into production Industry network can improve the performance level of University spin offs, but will lead to negative effects that the enterprise internal management problems, and keep contact with the parent university to obtain related resources, maintain long-term competitive advantage. The parent university through the establishment of University spin off companies successful transformation of scientific and technological achievements, the competition in the market mature the USOs will also provide high return to the parent University, in order to "feed" the parent university education, form the benign interaction development between the two. Third academic entrepreneurs, the parent University, policy environment Is the key variable evolution of USOs relationship with the parent University. The strong support of national policies run enterprises, as well as a series of perfect enterprise reform policy in the national policy level will verify the transformation of technological achievements, and the establishment of University derivatives have an important impact on the development of enterprises, innovation of Campus culture is conceived entrepreneurship the spirit and the cultivation of creative talents. The soil management role of the parent University, academic entrepreneur, need to be combined with the reality of the dialectical view of its derivative enterprises impact on the University.
