【摘要】：随着我国工业化和城市化进程的不断推进,农业企业的发展遇到了前所未有的挑战。首先,农村劳动力纷纷涌入城市,造成农村土地空置率上升,农村劳动力资源紧缺;其次,面对激烈的行业竞争和庞大的市场需求,农业企业技术水平的限制和资金投入的欠缺,严重制约了其持续健康发展;再次,农业中小企业原来粗放的经营管理模式已经不再适应不断变化的市场需求。在这样的背景下,对农业中小企业的发展战略进行研究有着十分重要的意义。H农贸科技有限公司是河南农业中小企业的典型代表之一,公司成立于2009年,以生产和销售有机无公害蔬菜和水果,农作物种植,果品采摘为主营业务,集现代农业、初制生产、精制加工、产品研发和休闲观光多种业务为一体。本文以H农贸科技有限公司为研究对象,综合运用PEST分析法、波特五力模型和SWOT分析法,对企业的宏观环境、行业竞争环境、内部资源情况进行深入研究,分析得出企业的外部机会与威胁、内部优势和劣势,结论是,外部环境整体呈有利局面,但同时也面临一些挑战;内部的资源存在问题,却也蕴藏着巨大的发展潜力。然后依据SWOT分析的结果,为企业选择了SO增长型的发展战略,再根据企业的战略原则和目标将发展战略具体化。最后,结合企业的实际情况和战略实施的具体需要,提出应通过构建战略管理体系、创新企业发展模式和实施企业科学管理的多种措施实施发展战略,从全面加强品牌建设、优化人力资源配置和强化风险控制管理三个方面为发展战略的实施提供保障,以实现企业的可持续发展。本文的研究不仅为H农贸科技有限公司的战略选择和实施提供了基础和方案,也可为同类农业中小企业的持续健康发展提供一定的参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the development of industrialization and urbanization in China, the development of agricultural enterprises has met with unprecedented challenges. First, the rural labor force has poured into cities, resulting in the increase of rural land vacancy rate and the shortage of rural labor resources. In the face of fierce industry competition and huge market demand, the restrictions on the technical level of agricultural enterprises and the lack of capital investment seriously restrict their sustained and healthy development. The original extensive management model of agricultural small and medium-sized enterprises is no longer adapted to the changing market demand. In this context, It is of great significance to study the development strategy of small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises. H Agricultural Trade Technology Co., Ltd. is one of the typical representatives of small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises in Henan Province. The company was founded in 2009 to produce and sell organic pollution-free vegetables and fruits. Crop planting, fruit picking as the main business, the collection of modern agriculture, initial production, refined processing, product development and leisure and sightseeing business as a whole. Porter five-force model and SWOT analysis method, the macro environment, industry competition environment, internal resources of the enterprise in-depth study, analysis of external opportunities and threats, internal strengths and weaknesses, the conclusion is, The external environment is favorable, but at the same time it faces some challenges. There are some problems in the internal resources, but there is also a huge potential for development. Then, according to the results of SWOT analysis, we choose the development strategy of so growth type for enterprises. Finally, according to the actual situation of the enterprise and the specific needs of the implementation of the strategy, it is proposed that the strategic management system should be constructed. Innovating the enterprise development model and implementing various measures of enterprise scientific management to implement the development strategy, from three aspects of overall strengthening brand building, optimizing human resource allocation and strengthening risk control management, provides the guarantee for the implementation of the development strategy. In order to realize the sustainable development of enterprises, the research in this paper not only provides the foundation and scheme for the strategic choice and implementation of H Agricultural Trade Technology Co., Ltd, but also provides certain reference and reference for the sustainable and healthy development of the similar agricultural small and medium-sized enterprises.
