探索教育与人力资源开发跨越式发展的出路

【摘要】:21世纪的竞争归根到底是人才的竞争,推动教育与人力资源开发协调发展是当前各国关注的焦点。笔者从当前我国教育与人力资源开发存在的问题出发,有针对性地提出"完善培训制度""推进多样化办学""创建国家创新体系""创建教育与人力资源审议决议机构"和"推行地方统筹体制"的策略,以期为相关研究提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:In 21th century, the competition is the competition of talents, and it is the focus of all countries to promote the harmonious development of education and human resources. The author proceeds from the problems existing in the development of education and human resources in our country. The strategies of "perfecting training system", "promoting diversified running schools," "establishing national innovation system," "establishing educational and human resources deliberative resolution bodies" and "implementing local overall planning system" are put forward in order to provide reference for relevant research.
