【摘要】:在信息经济快速发展的时代,人才已成为企业命运攸关的筹码,人才之间的竞争衍变成为企业之间的竞争。只有人才与管理相辅相成,并且拥有过硬的技术和产品,才能使企业立于不败之地。企业发展的重心则需要放在招聘高效人才上。人力资源的招聘与企业发展息息相关,因而做好招聘工作能够推动企业的运营。招聘可以体现双赢,即企业提升经济效益,员工获得薪酬和发展。有效地进行人力资源开发,提高员工的素质,增进团队凝聚力有助于企业获得竞争优势,招聘效果直接影响企业战略目标的实现。人才竞争已成为国际企业间的竞争,他们期望通过招聘获得更多的人才来推动企业的发展。人才招募是企业人力资源组织、管理、开发的中枢。招聘流程则是招募人才的指导书,不断优化招聘流程,使之正确引导招聘,对提升整个企业员工的整体素质和能力水平,促进企业绩效提升和可持续发展具有关键的作用。通过分解F公司的招聘流程,提出优化招聘流程的措施,使招聘工作程序化、规范化,以提升企业人才招聘的效率。在企业运作过程中,通过优化招聘流程使人力资源部可以选择出合适的招聘渠道,最终正确执行招聘流程。本文以F公司为研究对象,结合F公司现阶段招聘状况,并基于其制定的人力资源发展战略,结合公司发展战略找出流程中存在的问题。基于使用国内外流程优化的理论方法,为F公司招聘流程优化提出切实可行的方案,实现招聘效率提升、招聘效果得到改善的目标。通过优化招聘流程来促进人力资源管理工作的优化和实施,致力于实现公司的战略目标。
[Abstract]:In the era of rapid development of information economy, talent has become the key chip of enterprise life, competition between talents has evolved into competition among enterprises. Only talents and management complement each other, and they have excellent technology and products. The focus of enterprise development is to recruit highly effective talents. The recruitment of human resources is closely related to the development of the enterprise. Therefore, a good job recruitment can promote the operation of the enterprise. Recruitment can reflect the win-win situation. That is to say, enterprises can improve economic benefits, employees receive salary and development, effectively carry out human resource development, improve the quality of employees, and enhance team cohesion to help enterprises gain competitive advantage. Talent competition has become a competition among international enterprises. They hope to obtain more talents to promote the development of enterprises through recruitment. Talent recruitment is an organization and management of human resources. The center of development. The recruitment process is the guide to recruit talent, constantly optimize the recruitment process, make it guide recruitment correctly, to improve the overall quality and ability of the entire enterprise staff, The promotion of enterprise performance and sustainable development plays a key role. By decomposing the recruitment process of company F, the measures to optimize the recruitment process are put forward, so that the recruitment process can be programmed and standardized. In order to improve the efficiency of the recruitment of talents in the enterprise, through optimizing the recruitment process, the HR department can select the appropriate recruitment channels, and finally execute the recruitment process correctly. This paper takes Company F as the research object. According to the current recruitment situation of F Company, and based on the human resource development strategy formulated by F Company, the problems existing in the process are found out in the light of the company's development strategy. Based on the theory and method of process optimization at home and abroad, In order to achieve the goal of improving the efficiency of recruitment and the improvement of recruitment effect, this paper puts forward a feasible plan for the optimization of recruitment process of F Company. Through optimizing the recruitment process, it can promote the optimization and implementation of human resources management. Committed to achieving the company's strategic objectives.
