以能力为本位的高职院校理实一体化教学研究

【摘要】:目前,国家高度重视和支持职业教育的发展,并指出职业教育是现代国民教育和人力资源开发的重要组成部分,在促进社会经济发展中起到了非常重要的作用。高等职业教育培养的是有过硬的理论知识和较强的操作能力的新一代高素质、高技能的综合人才,这就要求高职院校在教学中要不断提高教学质量,实现理论和实践的真正结合。不过,现在很多高职院校在教学中采用的是“知识中心”、“教师中心”传统的教学模式,达不到理论与实践真正结合的标准,不能促进学生的全面发展,这样也扼制了职业教育的发展。所以,以能力为本位的符合职业教育目标要求的理实一体化教学模式应运而生,高职院校理实一体化教学有其自身的科学性和优越性。不过,理实一体化教学在高职院校中并非发展得很顺利,笔者以四川XX职业学校人物形象设计专业为例,挖掘目前高职院校理实一体化教学过程中出现的焦点问题进行深入研究,继而寻求解决此类问题的途径,并通过详细的调查和论证,最终得出对高职院校理实一体化教学有实际意义的结论。全文主要包括以下五个部分:第一部分,导论。主要是对论文的研究缘起、研究意义、文献综述、核心概念、研究方法等进行了介绍。第二部分,对高职院校理实一体化教学的内涵进行了阐述,对“能力本位”职教理念与理实一体化教学的相关性进行了探讨。第三部分,整理了目前高职院校理实一体化教学现状及存在的问题。如:教学实施过程中忽略以“学生为中心”、“能力为本位”;理实一体化教学计划不科学;理实一体化教学目标不清晰;理实一体化教学组织管理不到位;理实一体化教学硬件环境不足;理实一体化教学教材设置不合理;理实一体化教学评价形式化等等。第四部分,从管理制度、管理部门、思想认识、设备供给、师资水平等多方面对高职院校理实一体化教学问题的进行归因分析。第五部分,对高职院校理实一体化教学模式进行优化策略分析。从以下几个方面入手:改变传统的教学模式思想,树立理实一体化教学理念;组建理实一体化教师队伍;完善理实一体化教学硬件环境;编写理实一体化课程教材;建立理实一体化教学评价体系。本文主要采用文献法对高职院校理实一体化教学的基础理论进行梳理,运用观察法和访谈法,以四川XX职业学校人物形象专业为例,对高职理实一体化教学存在的问题进行研究,对其进行归因分析和优化策略分析,为高职院校理实一体化教学提供一定程度的借鉴和启示。
[Abstract]:At present, the State attaches great importance to and supports the development of vocational education and points out that vocational education is an important part of modern national education and human resources development. It plays a very important role in promoting the development of social economy. Higher vocational education trains a new generation of high quality and high skill talents with excellent theoretical knowledge and strong operational ability. This requires higher vocational colleges to continuously improve the teaching quality in order to realize the real combination of theory and practice. However, nowadays, many higher vocational colleges adopt the traditional teaching mode of "knowledge center" and "teacher center". It is impossible to achieve the standard of combining theory with practice, and can not promote the all-round development of students, which also restrains the development of vocational education. Therefore, the integrative teaching mode of theory and practice, which is based on ability, has emerged as the times require. The integrated teaching of theory and practice in higher vocational colleges has its own scientific and superiority. However, the integrated teaching of theory and practice has not developed smoothly in higher vocational colleges. The author takes the character image design major of XX vocational school in Sichuan as an example. Excavating the focus problems in the process of integrated teaching in higher vocational colleges, and then seeking the way to solve these problems, and through the detailed investigation and demonstration, Finally, the conclusion of practical significance to the integrated teaching of theory and practice in higher vocational colleges is drawn. The full text mainly includes the following five parts: the first part, the introduction, the origin of the thesis, the significance of the research, the literature review, the core concept, In the second part, the connotation of the integrated teaching of theory and practice in higher vocational colleges is expounded, and the correlation between the concept of "ability based" vocational education and the integrated teaching of theory and practice is discussed. The present situation and existing problems of integrated teaching in higher vocational colleges are sorted out, such as: neglecting "student-centered" and "capability-based" in the course of teaching implementation, unscientific teaching plan of integration of theory and practice, unclear teaching goal of integration of theory and practice, and so on. The teaching organization and management of the integration of theory and reality is not in place; the hardware environment of the teaching of the integration of theory and practice is insufficient; the teaching material of the integration of theory and practice is not reasonable; the formal evaluation of the teaching of the theory and practice is formalized etc. Part 4th, from the management system, the management department, The attribution analysis of the integrated teaching in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of ideological understanding, equipment supply, teachers' level and so on. Part 5th, From the following aspects: changing the traditional teaching mode, setting up the teaching idea of the integration of theory and reality, constructing the teaching team of the integration of theory and reality, analyzing the optimization strategy of the teaching mode of the integration of theory and reality in higher vocational colleges and universities. Improve the hardware environment of integrated teaching, compile the teaching material of integration of theory and reality, establish the evaluation system of integrated teaching of theory and reality. This paper mainly adopts the literature method to sort out the basic theory of integrated teaching of theory and practice in higher vocational colleges. By using the method of observation and interview, taking the character image major of XX vocational school in Sichuan as an example, this paper studies the problems existing in the integrated teaching of theory and reality in higher vocational education, and makes attribution analysis and optimization strategy analysis on it. To provide a certain degree of reference and inspiration for the integrated teaching of theory and practice in higher vocational colleges.
