【摘要】：本文利用泰尔指数,研究我国东中西部地区卫生资源配置的公平性。结果显示,我国卫生资源配置不公平仍然存在,其中人力资源配置不公平现象明显;地区之间和地区内部不公平程度有差异,东部地区不公平程度明显。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the fairness of the allocation of health resources in the east, west and west regions of China by using the Tyr index. The results show that the unfairness of the allocation of health resources still exists in China, and the phenomenon of unfair allocation of human resources is obvious. There are differences in the degree of inequity between regions and within regions, while the degree of inequity in eastern regions is obvious.
