【摘要】：正科技人才是我国特有的概念。根据已有的研究,科技人才是一种广义的、抽象的、与时俱进的动态概念,随着人们对品德、知识、才能理解的变化而变化。科技人才因其政治和道德属性具有难以统计的特点。在我国,与科技人才相关且有统计数据的概念包括科技活动人员、研发人员、专业技术人员、科技工作者、科技人力资源等。
[Abstract]:Science and technology talent is a unique concept in our country. According to the existing research, science and technology talent is a kind of dynamic concept of broad, abstract and keeping pace with the times, along with people's moral character, knowledge, Scientific and technological talents are difficult to count because of their political and moral attributes.
