企业劳务派遣同工同酬影响因素研究回顾与展望

【摘要】:同工同酬虽已被我国劳动立法确定为被派遣劳动者的一项法定权利,但在实践中同工不同酬的现象仍然十分突出。文章对劳务派遣同工同酬的概念及其影响因素等相关文献进行了梳理,报告了有关劳动法律规制、政府监管、用工双轨制、企业行为以及工会组织等方面的研究现状,通过采用文献查阅法对企业劳务派遣同工同酬方面的文献展开分析。结果发现:目前相关研究主要分析了劳动法律规制不足、政府监管缺位、用工双轨制、企业无序管理以及工会职能缺失等因素对同工同酬造成的影响。未来还应拓展研究视角,丰富研究方法和研究内容,深入探讨影响同工同酬的制度因素以及工会的作用,同时加强人力资源管理模式创新研究,以期对同工同酬问题的解决起到积极作用。
[Abstract]:Although equal pay for equal work has been confirmed as a legal right of dispatched workers in China's labor legislation, the phenomenon of different pay for equal work is still very prominent in practice.In this paper, the concept of equal pay for labor dispatch and its influencing factors are reviewed, and the current situation of research on labor legal regulation, government supervision, two-track employment system, enterprise behavior and trade union organization is reported.By using the method of literature review, the literature on equal pay for equal work sent by enterprises is analyzed.The results show that the current research mainly analyzes the influence of the lack of labor laws and regulations, the absence of government supervision, the dual track system of employment, the disorderly management of enterprises and the lack of trade union functions on equal pay for equal work.In the future, we should expand the perspective of research, enrich the research methods and research contents, deeply explore the institutional factors affecting equal pay for equal work and the role of trade unions, and strengthen the research on innovation of human resources management model.With a view to equal pay for equal work to solve the problem plays a positive role.
