【摘要】：正近日,人力资源与社会保障部、全国博士后管理委员会发出了《关于批准新设辽宁大学哲学等291个博士后科研流动站的通知》(人社部发[2014]60号),批准在浙江农林大学设立林学一级学科博士后科研流动站。建立博士后制度是中国培养和造就高水平年轻科技人才的一项重要措施,也是高等学校加强学科建设、提升科研水平、促进产学研结合的重要途径。博士后科研流动站的设立,为浙江农林大学进一步
[Abstract]:In recent days , the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security , the National Post - doctoral Management Committee issued a circular on the approval of 291 post - doctoral research flow stations , such as the philosophy of Liaoning University , and approved the establishment of a post - doctoral research flow station at the forestry science level at the Agricultural and Forestry University of Zhejiang Province . The establishment of the post - doctoral system is an important measure for the cultivation and creation of high - level young scientific and technological talents in China . It is also an important way to strengthen the construction of discipline , improve the level of scientific research and promote the integration of production and research .
