新产品成功机制研究:“双重导向”HRMS视角

【摘要】：制造企业新产品成功是落实国家创新驱动战略,从微观层面推动传统产业转型升级的关键力量。所谓“双重导向”人力资源管理系统,即同时具备“承诺导向”和“控制导向”双重特点的人力资源管理系统。在文献梳理的基础上,以380家制造企业调查数据为依据,通过实证研究证实了“双重导向”人力资源管理系统对新产品成功具有正向影响,组织柔性能力起着重要的中介作用。该研究为制造企业新产品成功提供了新的理论解释。
[Abstract]:The success of new products of manufacturing enterprises is the key force to implement the national innovation-driven strategy and to promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries at the micro level.The so-called "dual orientation" human resource management system is a human resource management system with the dual characteristics of "commitment orientation" and "control orientation".On the basis of literature review, based on the survey data of 380 manufacturing enterprises, this paper proves that the "dual orientation" human resource management system has a positive impact on the success of new products, and the organizational flexibility plays an important intermediary role.This study provides a new theoretical explanation for the success of new products in manufacturing enterprises.
