【摘要】：正经历了30多年高歌猛进的发展之后,今天中国企业正在共同面对转型升级这一道大题目,无论是大企业还是小企业,国有企业还是民营企业,制造业还是服务业,概莫能外。在产品、运营方式、商业模式转型升级之外,更为根本的,也是最为艰难和充满风险的,则是组织自身的转型升级。在这方面迄今为止最为激进大胆的莫过于海尔在"平台型组织"方面的构想和实践,不但颠覆了传统的金字塔形组织结构、传统的人力资源管理方式以及生产组织形式,在一定意义上甚至是对企业这一组织形式本
[Abstract]:After more than 30 years of rapid development, Chinese enterprises are facing the big topic of transformation and upgrading today.
