吉林九台农村商业银行企业文化建设问题研究

【摘要】:企业文化是由企业的核心价值观所引领,通过企业生产经营过程中管理者和员工的具体行为体现出的带有企业明显特征的组织现象。在日常管理实践过程中,企业文化不断发展并得到全体员工认可和执行,主要体现在带有企业鲜明特征的企业价值观、企业精神、经营原则、发展前景、经营风格和道德准则等。对于现代企业而言,企业文化不仅可以提高企业内部人员的向心力,更能提升企业在复杂的市场环境中的竞争力。尤其对于银行业而言,在深化银行业改革这一背景之下,面临全球经济一体化的新挑战和新机遇,银行与银行间的竞争不仅存在于产品、营销和管理方面,更重要的是企业的自身管理和银行企业文化建设之间的竞争。因此,银行业企业必须不遗余力地做好企业文化建设工作,制定必要的行动规划和步骤,构造企业精神,展示企业形象,将企业内部与外部环境有机结合起来,努力打造符合企业实际的特色企业文化,服务于企业的发展和改革创新。九台农商银行作为东北首家农村商业银行,自2008年改制以来取得了跨越式的发展,企业品牌和形象得到了普遍认可,但在企业文化建设方面还存在需要改进的地方。本文第一部分从介绍选题的背景出发,介绍企业文化研究的价值和意义、企业文化建设研究的框架思路,最后提出了本文研究方法和创新之处;第二部分对企业文化的概念、企业文化的功能和企业文化结构进行了由浅入深的介绍;第三部分详细分析了九台农商银行企业文化建设现状,对九台农商银行基本情况及其企业文化建设四个层次进行介绍;第四部分对九台农商银行企业文化建设存在的主要问题及原因进行分析,问题主要包括:员工对企业文化认知度不高、领导层缺乏科学的企业文化建设规划、企业核心价值观建设不够深入、规章制度的执行力度欠缺、员工激励机制有待完善五个方面的问题,并对九台农商银行企业文化存在问题的成因进行了分析;最后,第五部分从五个方面提出完善九台农商行企业文化建设的对策,包括:建立完善的企业文化理念传导机制、建立科学规范的岗责体系、加大企业文化培训力度、加强人力资源管理和建立先进人物引领机制。
[Abstract]:Enterprise culture is led by the core values of the enterprise. Through the concrete behavior of the managers and employees in the process of production and management, the enterprise culture embodies the obvious characteristics of the enterprise. In the daily management practice, the enterprise culture is constantly developed and all employees are recognized and implemented, mainly embodied in the distinctive characteristics of the enterprise. For modern enterprises, enterprise culture can not only improve the centripetal force of the internal personnel of the enterprise, but also enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises in the complex market environment. Especially for the banking industry, the banking sector is deepening the reform of the banking industry. Facing the new challenges and opportunities of global economic integration, the competition between banks and banks not only exists in the products, marketing and management, but also the competition between the management of the enterprises and the construction of the cultural construction of the banks. Therefore, the banking enterprises must spare no effort to do a good job in the construction of the enterprise culture and make it necessary. The action plan and steps, construct the enterprise spirit, display the enterprise image, combine the internal and external environment of the enterprise organically, strive to build the characteristic enterprise culture which conforms to the actual enterprise, serve the enterprise's development and reform and innovation. Nine agricultural commercial bank, the first agricultural village commercial bank in the northeast, has made great leap forward since the reform of the system in 2008. The development, brand and image of enterprise have been universally recognized, but there is still a place to improve in the construction of enterprise culture. The first part of this paper, starting from the background of introducing the topic, introduces the value and significance of the study of enterprise culture, the frame of thought of the research of enterprise culture construction, and finally puts forward the research method and innovation of this article; The two part introduces the concept of enterprise culture, the function of enterprise culture and the structure of enterprise culture. The third part analyzes the present situation of the construction of the enterprise culture of nine agro commercial banks in detail, introduces the basic situation of the nine agricultural commercial banks and the four levels of the enterprise culture construction, and the fourth part of the enterprises of the agro commercial banks. The main problems and causes of cultural construction are analyzed. The main problems are: not high awareness of employee culture, lack of scientific enterprise culture construction plan of leadership, lack of core value construction of enterprise, lack of enforcement of rules and regulations, five problems to be perfected by staff excitation mechanism, and nine units The causes of the existing problems of the corporate culture of the agricultural commercial bank are analyzed. Finally, the fifth part puts forward the countermeasures to improve the cultural construction of the nine agricultural and commercial enterprises from five aspects, including the establishment of a perfect transmission mechanism of the concept of enterprise culture, the establishment of a scientific and standardized post responsibility system, the strengthening of the training of enterprise culture, and the strengthening of the management and construction of human resources. Lead the advanced character leading mechanism.
