蒙古国电影艺术政策的发展与改革

【摘要】：本文对蒙古国电影九十多年来历史性发展的政策,从社会和文化事件以及影响这些事件的外部及内在因素按时间顺序进行分析。在研究过程中,对三个客观相互关联的问题(电影生产、电影放映和电影艺术人才培养在人力资源方面的政策)做了调查。调查依据是文化政策主管部门在三个不同历史时期所做的决策及其证明文件。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the historical development of Mongolian film in the past 90 years and analyzes the social and cultural events as well as the external and internal factors that influence these events in chronological order. In the course of the research, three objectively interrelated problems (film production, film projection and the human resource policy of film art talent training) were investigated. The investigation is based on the decisions made by the cultural policy authorities in three different historical periods and their supporting documents.
