欧亚大陆桥集装箱运输的效率和柔性问题研究

【摘要】:欧亚大陆桥是世界最大的铁路基础设施工程,对于促进沿线国家的贸易沟通以及政治交流具有明显的促进作用,因此其具有重要的经济和政治意义。与海上运输相比,欧亚大陆桥集装箱运输具有明显的时间上的优势,但是目前的集装箱运输量较少,对其的研究成果也不多,主要原因是欧亚大陆桥的运输效率水平不高,且缺乏针对如何提高其运输效率及柔性的问题的深入研究。本文将针对欧亚大陆桥集装箱运输的效率和柔性相关问题展开研究,识别出欧亚大陆桥集装箱运输的效率和柔性的特点,评价其效率和柔性,并提出改善措施。首先,本文比较分析了欧亚大陆桥上不同集装箱运输路线的效率,并利用多目标优化模型、基于免疫的多目标进化算法及AIS混合算法,对集装箱运输效率问题进行优化求解。其次,本研究采用分层抽样方法选择了来自中国、哈萨克斯坦和俄罗斯的采访者;使用问卷调查法收集了欧亚大陆桥集装箱运输柔性的特点,并对其柔性进行评价,在此基础上,利用结构方程建模技术建立了集装箱运输的柔性模型。最后,对欧亚大陆桥集装箱运输效率和柔性展开协同研究,识别出了集装箱运输效率和柔性影响因素,包括基础设施、人力资源、信息和时间因素等,进而采用数学模型描述出二者的相互关系,并采用物元分析法比较不同国家的铁路运输的效率和柔性。
[Abstract]:The Eurasian Continental Bridge is the largest railway infrastructure project in the world. It plays an important role in promoting the trade and political exchanges among the countries along the route, so it has important economic and political significance. Compared with maritime transport, the Eurasian Continental Bridge container transport has obvious advantages in time, but at present the volume of container transport is relatively small, and the research results on it are not much. The main reason is that the level of transport efficiency of the Eurasian Continental Bridge is not high. And lack of in-depth research on how to improve its transport efficiency and flexibility. In this paper, the efficiency and flexibility of container transportation of Eurasia Continental Bridge are studied, the characteristics of efficiency and flexibility of container transportation of Eurasia Continental Bridge are identified, the efficiency and flexibility of container transportation are evaluated, and the improvement measures are put forward. Firstly, this paper compares and analyzes the efficiency of different container transport routes on the Eurasian Continental Bridge, and optimizes the efficiency of container transportation by using multi-objective optimization model, multi-objective evolutionary algorithm based on immunity and AIS hybrid algorithm. Secondly, this study adopts stratified sampling method to select interviewers from China, Kazakhstan and Russia, collects the characteristics of container transport flexibility of Eurasia Continental Bridge by questionnaire, and evaluates its flexibility. On this basis, the flexible model of container transportation is established by using structural equation modeling technology. Finally, a collaborative study on container transport efficiency and flexibility of the Eurasian Continental Bridge has been carried out to identify the factors affecting container transport efficiency and flexibility, including infrastructure, human resources, information and time, etc. Then the mathematical model is used to describe the relationship between the two, and the matter element analysis method is used to compare the efficiency and flexibility of railway transportation in different countries.
