【摘要】：正为进一步加强技能人才队伍建设,培养大批具有优秀品质和高超技艺的技能人才,引导广大劳动者钻研技术业务,走岗位成才之路。2014年12月,人力资源和社会保障部授予李明军等30名同志"中华技能大奖"荣誉称号,鼓励广大劳动者以中华技能大奖获得者为榜样,树立劳动光荣、技能成才的观念,立足本职、爱岗敬业,为全面建成小康社会宏伟目标奉献力量。在全社会大力弘扬劳动光荣、技能宝贵、创造伟大的时代风尚,
