河北如何吸纳更多京津人才

【摘要】:正在京津冀协同发展的背景下,河北要实现"创新驱动、绿色崛起",必须创新引智方式,与京津人才"互动式"对接;构建服务体系,与京津人才"互助式"对接;健全体制机制,与京津人才"互补式";搭建创业平台,与京津人才"互促式"对接。河北要实现"创新驱动、绿色崛起",迫切需要抓住京津冀协同发展机遇,树立开放观念,广泛引用京津人才和智力,
[Abstract]:Under the background of the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, in order to realize the "innovation drive and green rise", Hebei must innovate the way of attracting wisdom, connect with the talents of Beijing, Tianjin and Tianjin, construct the service system, and connect with the talents of Beijing and Tianjin. Perfect the system and mechanism, complement the Beijing and Tianjin talents, and build the platform of starting a business, and connect with the Beijing and Tianjin talents. In order to realize the "innovation-driven and green rise" in Hebei, it is urgent to seize the opportunities for the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, to establish an open concept, and to widely use talents and intelligence from Beijing and Tianjin.
