让心理资本获得最大升值:管理心理学在能源资源企业人力资源管理中的应用

【摘要】:管理心理学的研究对象主要是"人"以及其内外部环境,在人力资源管理中具有重要作用。当前,能源资源企业经过改革之后,仍要面对如何深入改善组织结构和领导效能,提高组织绩效的问题,具体来说就是如何运用管理心理学来进行人力资源管理的问题。本文从6个方面对管理心理学在能源资源企业中的应用进行了论述,包括制定人力资源发展规划;用管理心理学的方法进行员工招聘与选拔;对员工进行心理学培训;从管理心理学角度进行薪酬管理;从管理心理学角度进行绩效管理改革;建立和谐的劳动关系等。这些现代管理知识和手段能够为提升能源资源企业人力资源管理的服务质量提供理论依据和借鉴。
[Abstract]:The research object of management psychology is "human" and its internal and external environment, which plays an important role in human resource management. At present, after the reform of energy and resources enterprises, they still have to face the problem of how to improve the organizational structure and leadership efficiency, and how to improve the organizational performance. Specifically, how to use management psychology to carry out human resource management. This paper discusses the application of management psychology in energy and resource enterprises from six aspects, including drawing up human resource development plan, recruiting and selecting staff with the method of management psychology, training employees in psychology. Pay management from the perspective of management psychology; performance management reform from the perspective of management psychology; the establishment of harmonious labor relations. These modern management knowledge and means can provide theoretical basis and reference for improving the service quality of human resource management in energy resource enterprises.
