知识管理视角下的高校教师专业发展策略研究

【摘要】:多年来,教师专业化的思想一直影响着教师职业教育发展的主要发展方向。随着时代的进步和发展,直接赋予了高校教师们巨大的专业化发展机遇和挑战,对于促进高等教育方面的质量起到了极其重要的作用。因此,如今高校教师专业发展直接成为高校人力资源管理方面的主要发展内容之一。不过,在现实的教育工作当中,大多数高校教师并没有获得相应的重视,而且针对高校教师所开展的培训工作也并没有真正发挥出本应有的作用,这是所有高校都必须加以重视的问题。针对基于知识管理视角的高校教师专业发展进行研究、分析,并为此推出相应的发展策略以供参考。
[Abstract]:For many years, the thought of teacher professionalization has always influenced the main development direction of teacher vocational education. With the progress and development of the times, teachers in colleges and universities have been given great opportunities and challenges of professional development, which plays an extremely important role in promoting the quality of higher education. Therefore, the professional development of college teachers has become one of the main contents of human resource management. However, in the actual education work, most university teachers have not received the corresponding attention, and the training work for university teachers has not really played the role that they should have. This is a problem that all colleges and universities must pay attention to. This paper studies and analyzes the professional development of college teachers based on knowledge management, and puts forward corresponding development strategies for reference.
