立足省情做好农村实用人才工作——湖南农村人才开发的调查与思考

【摘要】：正未来农村人才资源需求与供给的不平衡,更加凸显出提高人才素质的迫切性。全面建成小康社会,关键在人才,重点和难点在农村。湖南是人口大省、农业大省,农村人力资源丰富。如何开发和利用好农村人才资源,使农村丰富的人力资源转化为雄厚的人才资本,对于湖南全面建成小康社会目标的实现具有重大的战略与现实意义。农村人才开发成效初显多年来,湖南省农村人才资源开发稳步推进,成效初显,目前,全省农村劳动力中接受过职业技能培训的占到三成左右,2011年底全省农村实用人才总
[Abstract]:The imbalance between the demand and supply of rural talent resources in the future highlights the urgency of improving the quality of talents. To build a well-off society in an all-round way, the key lies in talents, and the key and difficulties lie in the countryside. Hunan is a large population province, agricultural province, rural human resources rich. It is of great strategic and practical significance for Hunan to realize the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way, how to develop and make good use of rural human resources and to turn the rich human resources into abundant human capital. Over the years, the development of rural talent resources in Hunan Province has been advancing steadily and the results are beginning to show. At present, about 30% of the rural labor force in the province have received vocational skills training, and the total number of rural practical talents in the province at the end of 2011 is about 30%.
