学习路径图在K公司培训体系优化中的应用

【摘要】：随着我国经济的快速发展,知识和技术密集型企业越来越多地取代简单加工制造业,成为我国经济发展的主要力量。在这些新兴的知识和技术密集型企业中,人才成为企业制胜最重要的因素之一。另一方面,对于这些新兴企业来说,它们要求人才具备的知识和技能具有独特性和创新性,导致外部人才市场很难提供“召之即来、来则可用,,的人才,这些企业必须对招聘到的人才进行大量的专业知识和技能的培训。因此,培训对这些企业就具有异乎寻常的重要作用。作为房地产行业中一个新兴的细分业务领域,城市更新的人力资源管理就处于上述阶段。一方面,这个行业处于高速发展期,在这一进程中需要大量的人才;另一方面,行业内的公司管理较粗放,阻碍了企业进一步的发展。如何在激烈的市场竞争中脱颖而出,培养出适合公司发展、符合行业需求的人才是关键。有效的人才培训体系将发挥巨大的促进作用,而学习路径图的引入对于有效解决人才培训中的种种问题将发挥巨大作用。本文从学习路径图方法论出发,着重介绍学习路径图的内涵、价值及实施,随后通过对国内外培训行业的发展现状,特别是针对学习路径图的研究,以及学习路径图理论进行梳理,其次通过问卷调查的方法进行培训需求调查,并结合访谈法,探索学习路径图这一培训工具在城市更新公司的可行性。在此基础上,本文就K公司城市更新岗进行基于学习路径图的培训体系优化,最终形成一套为城市更新岗量身定做的学习路径图。最后,进行了三个方面的总结:一是在如何高效率地运用学习路径图方面,结合城市更新岗的应用经验,提出了建议;二是对学习路径图的普遍适用性进行了分析;三是对如何结合城市更新行业的特点,乃至房地产行业的特点,如何灵活运用学习路径图提出了个人的见解。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, more and more knowledge and technology-intensive enterprises have replaced the simple processing manufacturing industry as the main force of China's economic development. The unique and innovative nature of the knowledge and skills required of the talent makes it difficult for the external talent market to provide "ready-to-come, available, and available" talent. These enterprises must provide a large number of professional knowledge and skills training for the recruited talent. Therefore, training plays an extraordinarily important role in these enterprises. On the one hand, this industry is in a period of rapid development, in which a large number of talents are needed; on the other hand, the extensive corporate management in the industry hinders the further development of enterprises. How to compete in the fierce market? It is the key to cultivate qualified personnel suitable for the development of the company and meeting the needs of the industry. Effective personnel training system will play a great role in promoting, and the introduction of learning path map will play a great role in effectively solving various problems in personnel training. The connotation, value and implementation of the path map, and then through the development of the training industry at home and abroad, especially for the study of the learning path map, as well as the theory of the learning path map to sort out, followed by a questionnaire survey of training needs, combined with interviews, to explore the learning path map training tool in urban renewal public On this basis, this paper optimizes the training system based on the learning path map for the urban renewal post of K company, and finally forms a set of learning path maps tailored for the urban renewal post. Finally, three aspects are summarized: first, how to use the learning path map efficiently, combined with the urban renewal post response. Suggestions are put forward based on experience. Secondly, the general applicability of the learning path map is analyzed. Thirdly, personal opinions are put forward on how to flexibly use the learning path map in combination with the characteristics of urban renewal industry and even the real estate industry.
