试论人才测评在事业单位人力资源管理中的应用

【摘要】:对于事业单位来讲,人是其中最为活跃的因素,同时也是决定事业单位发展的重要因素,而为了发挥人力资源的重要作用,必须科学合理的对人才进行测评,一旦忽略了这一点,将会导致事业单位中暗箱操作现象的出现和发生,进而阻碍事业单位的长远健康与可持续性发展。人力资源管理的方式有很多,其中,人才测评近年来得到了普遍的应用和大范围的推广,而实际情况也表明,这种人力资源管理方式对于发挥人才的重要作用发挥了巨大的作用。笔者在文中对人才测评在事业单位人力资源管理中的应用进行细致的分析和全面的探究,希望对读者产生或多或少的借鉴意义与参考价值。
