呼伦贝尔人民广播电台蒙古语广播改革研究

【摘要】：呼伦贝尔人民广播电台自1950年11月1日建立至今,已记载65年的光辉历史。在这65年间,呼伦贝尔人民广播电台蒙古语广播也紧随其后,与时俱进,不断完善和壮大自己。本文从新闻理论、媒介经营管理角度论述呼伦贝尔人民广播电台蒙古语广播65年的改革发展。即从广播节目改革、机构改革、人力资源管理改革和物质资源管理改革等四个方面对蒙古语广播进行解析。论文由导论、正文、结论三个部分组成。导论阐述了研究对象、研究现状、选题理由、意义和研究方法等。正文分为四章,第一章从节目变迁的特点阐述了蒙古语广播节目改革；第二章对呼伦贝尔人民广播电台机构改革发展进行阶段性分析,并深入解析人力资源管理改革；第三章对呼伦贝尔人民广播电台物质资源管理改革进行论述,内容分为设备、技术、广播覆盖等三个方面。第四章总结了蒙古语广播成功的经验,阐述了存在问题并提出解决方案。结论部分在总结蒙古语广播工作的基础上,进一步阐述了改革经验中所获启发。
[Abstract]:Hulunbeir people's Radio has recorded a glorious history of 65 years since its establishment on November 1, 1950. During the 65 years, Hulunbeir's Mongolian broadcast followed closely, improved and strengthened itself with the times. This paper discusses the reform and development of Hulunbeir's Mongolian broadcasting in terms of news theory and media management. This paper analyzes Mongolian broadcasting from four aspects: radio program reform, organization reform, human resource management reform and material resource management reform. The paper consists of three parts: introduction, text and conclusion. The introduction elaborates the research object, the research present situation, the selected topic reason, the significance and the research method and so on. The text is divided into four chapters. The first chapter expounds the reform of Mongolian broadcasting programs from the characteristics of program changes, the second chapter analyzes the reform and development of Hulunbeir people's radio station, and deeply analyzes the reform of human resources management. The third chapter discusses the reform of material resources management in Hulunbeir people's Broadcasting Station, which is divided into three aspects: equipment, technology and broadcast coverage. The fourth chapter summarizes the successful experience of Mongolian broadcasting, expounds the existing problems and puts forward solutions. On the basis of summing up the work of Mongolian broadcasting, the conclusion part further expounds the enlightenment gained from the reform experience.
