校企协同创新驱动要素分析——以河南农业大学为例

【摘要】:高校和企业是产学研合作的两大主体,文章基于单案例纵向研究,从网络、期刊等媒介间接地收集并整理了河南农业大学校企合作等发展资料,对河南农业大学由简单合作到校企合作一体化深度发展的各个阶段进行分析,提出了校企协同创新的深化发展离不开驱动要素的支持的结论。通过采用扎根理论方法,对每个阶段的驱动因素进行筛选与编码分析,研究发现:校企协同的驱动要素包括人力资本、技术创新、战略创新、平台建设、资金支持、文化观念六个驱动因素,并且贯穿于各个阶段。其中,人力资本是关键,技术集成是核心,平台建设是基础,创新环境、资金支持是能动因素,战略集成、文化观念是导向。校企协同创新的建设要注重各个驱动要素的集成,整合优势资源以实现共享。
[Abstract]:Institutions of higher learning and enterprises are the two main bodies of industry-university-research cooperation. Based on a longitudinal study of a single case, the paper indirectly collects and collates the development data of the cooperation between schools and enterprises in Henan Agricultural University from the media such as network and periodicals. This paper analyzes the stages of the deep development of Henan Agricultural University from simple cooperation to cooperation between school and enterprise, and puts forward the conclusion that the deepening development of cooperative innovation between school and enterprise can not be deepened without the support of driving factors. Through the selection and coding analysis of driving factors in each stage by using the method of rooted theory, it is found that the driving factors of school-enterprise cooperation include human capital, technological innovation, strategic innovation, platform construction, financial support, and so on. The six driving factors of cultural concept run through every stage. Among them, human capital is the key, technology integration is the core, platform construction is the foundation, innovation environment, fund support is the dynamic factor, strategic integration and cultural concept are the orientation. The construction of cooperative innovation between school and enterprise should pay attention to the integration of each driving factor and integrate the advantage resources to realize the sharing.
