泰安联通员工培训系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：由于信息技术的高速发展,以在线学习为核心的员工培训管理信息系统的建立成为近年来各国企业提高人力资源管理能力和水平的重要组成部分。在此过程中,大量企业都面临着如何能够将人力资源培训移植到在线平台当中的问题,通过先进的信息技术的应用来为企业员工培训、人力资源管理以及企业整体运营的提升,这既是目前各个企业急切的需求也是员工培训的关键意义所在。本文讨论的泰安联通员工培训系统,能够为泰安联通公司员工培训提供全方位、全周期的信息管理服务,通过部署并实施该系统能够对员工在各个培训科目中的学习内容、学习成绩等信息进行管理操作,在该系统中可以完成在线培训、在线考试等业务需求。本文按照软件生命周期原则设计并实现了泰安联通员工培训系统,按照功能系统共分为八个功能模块,包括:培训管理模块、在线课程模块、在线考试模块、实验模块、积分管理模块、统计报表模块、知识共享库模块和系统管理模块。系统采用的开发模式为浏览器/服务器架构,所采用的系统平台采用Windows系统,服务器端则采用ASP.NET、SQLServer,ⅡS分别作为服务器端的脚本语言、数据库管理系统和网站服务器,客户端采用的是HTML5、CSS3、JavaScript、JQuery和Ajax技术。系统整体设计采用的是模型-视图-控制模式,在此过程中采用了面向对象的设计思想,并提出来了由用户层、数据交互层、服务层和数据层组成的4层系统体系架构。通过泰安联通员工培训系统可以进一步改进泰安联通公司的人力资源管理环境,逐渐提高员工的工作能力、水平和质量,实现员工培训流程的标准化和模式化,形成整合的员工培训方式和流程,对员工的个人信息、培训、学习等信息进行统一管理。这不但可以满足员工学习的需求,也适应企业信息化的需要,最终实现员工信息的共享以及工作能力的提升。
