【摘要】:正近年来,"人力资源效能"和"员工幸福感"成为比较热门的话题。但许多管理者发现,二者在实践中并不容易把握,外在激励手段似乎成了提升员工幸福感的主要措施,但企业却面临成本上升、效能下降的困境,"人力资源效能"和"员工幸福感"似乎具有难以调和的矛盾。事实上,其中的一些认识误区需要进一步厘清。首先,人力资源效能和员工幸福感不是矛盾或对立的关系。员工幸福感的来源,当然需要一定的财务回报基础,同时员工也很关心自己职业生涯的发展。但当这些方面企业做到内部具有公平性和外部具有竞争力的

But many managers find that the two are not easy to grasp in practice, and that external incentives seem to be the main way to improve the well-being of employees, but companies face rising costs. There seems to be an irreconcilable contradiction between human resource efficiency and employee well-being in the dilemma of declining efficiency. In fact, some of the misunderstanding needs to be further clarified. First of all, human resource efficiency and employee happiness are not contradictory or antagonistic relations.
