郑州市H企业人力资源管理激励机制研究

【摘要】:在当今社会,一个企业要想在竞争中处于不败之地,其中有一个因素发挥了至关重要的作用,那就是实行科学的人力资源管理,科学的人力资源管理方式的实现离不开有效的员工激励机制,一个公司的激励机制的健全程度在很大程度上影响了企业的生产效率,从而对企业的长远发展发挥基础性作用,因此,激励机制问题是整个企业人力资源管理中的重中之重。本文主要采用了文献分析法、比较分析法、图表分析法等较为多样化的研究方法,力求能从不同角度对现阶段的郑州市H企业员工的激励机制进行全面研究。本文通过实地调查的方法发现郑州市H企业的员工激励机制存在不少问题,比如物质激励与精神激励不到位、绩效考核激励机制不健全、培训激励机制不完善、薪酬激励不合理、企业文化激励不深入等等。本文在实地调查的基础上,通过借鉴国内外先进成熟的激励理论与实践经验,用以完善郑州市H企业的激励方案设计。本文在运用需要层次理论及科学管理理论的基础上,采用了实地调研法、定量分析法等多种研究方法,试图构建一个科学合理的企业员工激励方案。主要内容有:第一,激励应遵循的原则以及方案设计思路;第二,激励机制的方案设计,包含加强精神激励与物质激励两个方面;第三,完善绩效考核激励机制;第四,简历培训激励机制,包括实行灵活多样的培训方式激励、采取按需施教的培训内容激励;第五,制定有效的薪酬激励制度,包括选择合适的薪酬激励体系、确定合理的薪酬激励水平;最后提出郑州市H企业员工的激励方案实施的措施保障,主要包括正确把握激励原则、加强员工激励机制需求预测、分类建立员工数据库、构建和谐的公司人际关系等内容。
[Abstract]:In today's society, if an enterprise wants to be in an invincible position in competition, one of the factors that plays a vital role is to implement scientific human resource management. The realization of scientific human resource management can not be achieved without effective employee incentive mechanism. The sound degree of a company's incentive mechanism greatly affects the production efficiency of the enterprise and thus plays a fundamental role in the long-term development of the enterprise. Therefore, the incentive mechanism is the most important in the whole enterprise human resource management. This article mainly adopts the literature analysis method, the comparative analysis method, the chart analysis method and so on, strives to carry on the comprehensive research from the different angle to the Zhengzhou H enterprise employee's incentive mechanism. Through field investigation, this paper finds out that there are many problems in the employee incentive mechanism of Zhengzhou H enterprise, such as material incentive and spiritual incentive is not in place, performance appraisal incentive mechanism is not perfect, training incentive mechanism is not perfect. The salary incentive is unreasonable, the enterprise culture incentive is not thorough and so on. On the basis of field investigation, this paper uses the advanced and mature incentive theory and practical experience at home and abroad for reference to perfect the incentive scheme design of Zhengzhou H enterprise. On the basis of the theory of hierarchy of needs and the theory of scientific management, this paper tries to construct a scientific and reasonable incentive scheme for employees by using the field investigation method, quantitative analysis method and other research methods. The main contents are as follows: first, the principle of incentive should be followed and the train of thought of scheme design; second, the scheme design of incentive mechanism, including strengthening the spirit incentive and material incentive, third, perfecting the performance appraisal incentive mechanism; Fourth, the curriculum vitae training incentive mechanism, including the implementation of flexible and diverse training incentives, the use of on-demand training content incentive; Fifthly, to establish an effective salary incentive system, including the selection of appropriate compensation incentive system, to determine a reasonable level of compensation incentive; Finally, the paper puts forward the measures to guarantee the implementation of employee incentive scheme in Zhengzhou H enterprise, including correctly grasping the incentive principle, strengthening the demand forecast of employee incentive mechanism, classifying and establishing employee database, and constructing harmonious interpersonal relationship.
