跨国公司人力资源本土化策略研究

【摘要】：近年来,经济全球化浪潮席卷全球,跨国经营随之蓬勃发展,从而影响到跨国经营企业管理准则的改变——"思考全球化,行动本土化"。在本土化战略中,人力资源本土化堪称咽喉要道。本文全面剖析了人力资源本土化的动因,介绍了本土化实施过程中的问题及对策,梳理了中国企业可借鉴的成功经验,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望,以期为国内的相关研究提供参考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the tide of economic globalization has swept the whole world, and the transnational management has developed vigorously, which has affected the change of the management standard of transnational enterprises-"thinking of globalization and localization of action". In the localization strategy, the localization of human resources can be called the throat. This paper comprehensively analyzes the causes of localization of human resources, introduces the problems and countermeasures in the process of implementation of localization, combs the successful experiences of Chinese enterprises, and looks forward to the future research direction. In order to provide reference for domestic related research.
