【摘要】：正住总集团通过信息化搭建管理平台,实现了三级穿透管理:信息系统覆盖集团公司、二级单位和项目部三个管理层级,集团通过信息系统全面掌控二级企业和项目部情况。北京住总集团有限责任公司(简称住总集团)成立于1983年,是一家以科技研发为先导,房地产开发为龙头,建安、市政施工为基础,商贸和生产性服务业相结合,跨地区、跨行业、跨所有制、跨国经营的大型企业集团。住总集团通过信息化搭建管理平台,实现了三级穿透管理(如图):集团总部成为企业
