事业单位人力资源管理信息化建设

【摘要】:近年来,我国企业信息化发展迅速,致使国家事业单位也逐渐产生信息化的意识,并有部分事业单位选择在人力资源管理中首先实行信息化建设。人力资源管理是事业单位的重要组成部分,其不仅关系着事业单位的招聘人员素质,对事业单位的整体发展也具有重要影响,人力资源管理的信息化对整个事业单位都起到科学化、信息化的作用。因此,本文以事业单位人力资源管理信息化建设作为研究对象,通过对其重要性的分析提出人力资源管理信息化的建设策略。本文旨在为事业单位人力资源管理信息化的建设提供参考性建议,并为事业单位的信息化起到推动作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rapid development of enterprise informatization in our country has caused the national institutions to gradually produce the awareness of informatization, and some institutions choose to implement informatization construction in human resource management first. Human resource management is an important part of institutions, which not only relates to the quality of recruiters in institutions, but also has an important impact on the overall development of institutions. The informatization of human resource management plays a scientific and informational role for the whole institution. Therefore, this paper takes the information construction of human resources management in institutions as the research object, and puts forward the construction strategy of human resources management information through the analysis of its importance. The purpose of this paper is to provide reference suggestions for the construction of informatization of human resources management in institutions and to promote the informatization of institutions.
