对现代学徒制中的利益相关者的博弈分析

【摘要】:我国试点和推进实施现代学徒制是深化职业教育改革的新举措,现代学徒制关系到多个相关者的切身利益,各利益相关者之间存在着利益矛盾和冲突,化解这些矛盾和冲突才能确保现代学徒制的顺利推进和实施。化解矛盾和冲突的策略主要有四个方面:即政府要做好利益协调的顶层设计;通过建立新型的导师制度,实现职业院校的最大利益诉求;通过以"合同契约"为纽带的多方责任承担,保障参与企业的利益最大化;通过扩大学徒制实施范围,加快学生的利益诉求实现进程等。
[Abstract]:The pilot and implementation of modern apprenticeship system in China is a new measure to deepen the reform of vocational education. The modern apprenticeship system relates to the vital interests of many stakeholders, and there are contradictions and conflicts of interests among the stakeholders. Only by resolving these contradictions and conflicts can we ensure the smooth advancement and implementation of the modern apprenticeship system. The strategies of resolving contradictions and conflicts have four aspects: the government should do a good job in the top-level design of interest coordination, the establishment of a new type of mentor system, and the realization of the greatest interests of vocational colleges and universities. By taking "contract" as the link, we can guarantee the benefit maximization of the participating enterprises, and speed up the realization process of the students' interest demands by expanding the scope of the implementation of the apprenticeship system and so on.
