企业无形资产价值管理浅析

【摘要】:正在知识经济背景下,企业间的竞争已经从单纯依靠有形资产的规模扩张向依靠技术、品牌、人力资源、企业声誉等无形资产的管理转变,无形资产越来越成为决定与提升企业价值的关键因素。本文以笔者调查的以饮料和冰品为主要产品的A企业为例,对制造企业开展无形资产价值管理进行浅析。
[Abstract]:Under the background of knowledge economy, competition among enterprises has changed from relying solely on the scale expansion of tangible assets to relying on the management of intangible assets such as technology, brand, human resources, corporate reputation, etc. Intangible assets increasingly become the key factor to determine and enhance the value of enterprises. In this paper, the author investigated the beverage and ice products as the main products of the A enterprise as an example, the manufacturing enterprises to carry out intangible asset value management.
