社会分层逻辑下的农民工利益认同探析

【摘要】：在经历了三十多年的社会发展变迁后,农民工群体呈现出明显的社会阶层特征。为此,以社会分层理论来分析农民工利益认同问题具有一定的现实意义。农民工在目前的社会分层体系中处于较低位置,他们在资源占有方面的境遇带有诸多不平等特征。虽然资源的稀缺性决定了利益获得与利益满足是一对永恒的矛盾,但公平正义作为一种价值原则为人们在两者间寻求共识提供了现实可能性。从主客体构建的维度思考,农民工利益认同提升一方面需要在全社会构建一种经济人理性与公共理性相融合的新型义利观;另一方面,应在公权力的主导下,以实现社会结构均衡为目标,释放农民工人力资源功能,降低各阶层间的利益冲突。
[Abstract]:After more than 30 years of social development changes, migrant workers show obvious social stratum characteristics. Therefore, it is of practical significance to analyze the problem of rural migrant workers' benefit identification by the theory of social stratification. Migrant workers are in a lower position in the current social stratification system, and their situation in resource possession is characterized by many unevenness and so on. Although the scarcity of resources determines that the gain and satisfaction of interests is an eternal contradiction, fairness and justice, as a value principle, provide a realistic possibility for people to seek consensus between the two. From the perspective of the construction of subject and object, on the one hand, it is necessary to construct a new concept of justice and interest in the whole society, which combines the rationality of economic man and public rationality. On the other hand, under the guidance of public power, in order to realize the equilibrium of social structure, we should release the human resource function of migrant workers and reduce the conflicts of interest among different strata.
