新形势下国有企业青年员工人力资源的战略研究

【摘要】:随着社会的进步和经济的飞速发展,人力资源机制也在不断发生着变革。尤其是新技术和新产业突飞猛进的发展,更加让我们认识到人力资源战略研究的重要性。为了使国有企业的人力资源战略研究水平能够达到企业发展的需求。本文对人力资源战略进行了研究,以期从一个新的角度对新形势下的人力资源进行探讨。
[Abstract]:With the progress of society and the rapid development of economy, the mechanism of human resources is constantly changing. Especially, the rapid development of new technology and new industry makes us realize the importance of human resource strategy research. In order to make the research level of human resource strategy of state-owned enterprises reach the demand of enterprise development. This article has carried on the research to the human resource strategy in order to discuss the human resource under the new situation from a new angle.
