心理契约与现代管理的契合机制及其构建

【摘要】:心理契约作为一种主观契约形式,代表一种非正式、非书面合同的却能"真实"发生正契约效率的隐性关系。实践证明,心理影响因素能有效解决心理背逆的问题。西方学者Dunahee、Wangler、Morrison等在现代管理与心理契约等方面作出了重要探索,他们认为心理契约是以承诺为基础的,信任能有效缓冲心理契约违背的程度,因此,构建现代企业管理中心理契约的预警机制有着重要的实践意义。在现代企业管理中,应立足于心理契约、现代管理及信任等因素,灵活运用MitroffPearson五阶段的管理模式以及心理契约违背表现引入人才流失预警模型,从而有效降低心理契约违背对员工忠诚的负面影响。
[Abstract]:Psychological contract, as a subjective form of contract, represents an informal, non-written contract but can "true" the hidden relationship between the efficiency of the positive contract. Practice has proved that psychological influencing factors can effectively solve the problem of psychological backlash. Western scholars Dunahee,Wangler,Morrison et al have made important explorations in modern management and psychological contract. They believe that psychological contract is based on commitment and trust can effectively cushion the degree of psychological contract breach. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to construct the early warning mechanism of psychological contract in modern enterprise management. In modern enterprise management, based on psychological contract, modern management and trust, we should flexibly use Mitroff Pearson's five-stage management model and psychological contract violation to introduce brain drain early warning model, so as to effectively reduce the negative impact of psychological contract violation on employee loyalty.
