国际工程项目境外人力资源管理——以水电站运维为例

【摘要】:人力资源管理是企业经营管理中的重要工作,随着国家"一带一路"战略加快推进,我国企业将迎来参与国际竞争与合作的"新时代"。本文以现代国际化人力资源管理理论为基点,针对海外水电站的运营维护管理的诸多新特点进行解析,探讨海外水电站运维的人力资源管理模式,以期对投资人有所裨益。
[Abstract]:Human resource management is an important work in enterprise management. With the acceleration of national "Belt and Road Initiative" strategy, Chinese enterprises will usher in a "new era" to participate in international competition and cooperation. Based on the modern international human resource management theory, this paper analyzes many new characteristics of overseas hydropower station operation and maintenance management, and probes into the human resource management mode of overseas hydropower station operation and maintenance, in order to benefit investors.
