我国汽车产业的自主创新研究

【摘要】:经过近60年的发展,我国的汽车产业已经形成了一定的规模,汽车产业显然已经成为我国国民经济的支柱产业,其在国民经济中的地位也变得越来越重要。而增强自身的自主开发能力是汽车企业在是市场竞争中的制胜点。但是同国外发达国家相比,我国汽车产业在技术水平、生产规模等方面还有着很大的差距。究其原因是因为我国汽车产业在研发投入和人才的投入上少、官产学研合作创新不积极、财政税收政策方面的力度还不够等,这些因素都制约着我国汽车产业的自主创新能力的提升。如研发投入强度我国汽车产业一般维持在2%-3%之间,然而发达国家的研发投入强度一般都在5%以上。鉴于此,我国汽车产业加强自主研发能力,强化核心竞争力,提高市场竞争力,对加速我国国民经济的发展至关重要。因此,研究我国汽车产业自主创新具有较强的价值和现实指导意义。 本文首先对相关创新的概念内涵进行了界定。其次对我国汽车产业自主创新发展进行分析,,主要分析了我国汽车产业自主发展的历程以及我国汽车产业自主创新的现状,从中找出我国汽车产业自主开发能力的问题。具体来说包括创新资源投入不足、汽车相关产业合作有限等。再次,从日本和韩国汽车产业自主创新发展的特点进行分析,指出政府必须从宏观上加以扶持和引导、企业从微观层面实施自主创新战略,以及产业从中观层面上建立官产学研大联合的产业自主创新体系。之外,还对我国汽车企业典型的自主创新发展成功案例进行分析,即上汽、奇瑞及吉利。分别从其自主发展的历程来进行分析,总结出其自主创新成功的原因。最后,在前文分析的基础上,得出要想不断的提高自主创新能力,我国汽车产业需要从下几个方面不断地努力发展改进。主要有从宏观层面来说,政府要从创造产业的发展环境,实行支持自主创新的财税优惠政策等方面来提高汽车产业的自主创新能力;从微观层面来说,企业要从坚持企业自主创新,发挥主体地位作用等方面来提高企业的自主研发能力;从中观层面来说,我国汽车产业要从实施产业集群战略,优化产业结构等方面来促进我国汽车产业自主创新能力的提高。因此我国汽车企业要想不断的发展壮大,还要靠“以我为主”的创新策略。 本文最后对全文进行了总结,并且提出了进一步研究的展望。
[Abstract]:After nearly 60 years of development, China's automobile industry has formed a certain scale, the automobile industry has obviously become the pillar industry of our national economy. Its position in the national economy has become more and more important, and strengthening its own independent development ability is the winning point in the market competition. But compared with foreign developed countries. There is still a big gap in the technical level and production scale of the automobile industry in our country. The reason is that the R & D investment and the investment of talents in the automobile industry of our country are small, and the cooperation between government, industry, education and research is not active. Fiscal and tax policy is not enough, these factors are restricting the improvement of the independent innovation ability of China's automobile industry. For example, the R & D investment intensity of China's automobile industry is generally maintained in the range of 2-3%. However, the R & D investment intensity of developed countries is generally more than 5%. In view of this, our automobile industry strengthens the independent R & D capability, strengthens the core competitiveness, and improves the market competitiveness. It is very important to accelerate the development of China's national economy. Therefore, it is of great value and practical significance to study the independent innovation of China's automobile industry. Firstly, this paper defines the concept of related innovation. Secondly, it analyzes the development of independent innovation in China's automobile industry. This paper mainly analyzes the course of the independent development of China's automobile industry and the present situation of independent innovation of China's automobile industry, and finds out the problems of the independent development ability of China's automobile industry, including the lack of investment in innovation resources. Thirdly, this paper analyzes the characteristics of independent innovation and development of automobile industry in Japan and Korea, and points out that the government must support and guide it from the macro level. Enterprises from the micro level to implement independent innovation strategy, and the industry from the mid-level to establish a joint government industry, universities and industrial independent innovation system. It also analyzes the typical successful cases of independent innovation development of automobile enterprises in China, that is, SAIC, Chery and Geely respectively from their independent development process to analyze the reasons for the success of independent innovation. Finally. On the basis of the previous analysis, it is concluded that in order to continuously improve the independent innovation ability, China's automobile industry needs to continue to develop and improve from the following aspects, mainly from the macro level. The government should improve the independent innovation ability of automobile industry from the aspects of creating the development environment of industry and implementing preferential policies of finance and taxation to support independent innovation. From the micro level, enterprises should improve their independent R & D capability by insisting on independent innovation and giving play to the role of the main body. From the middle level, China's automobile industry should be implemented from the industrial cluster strategy. To optimize the industrial structure and other aspects to promote the improvement of the independent innovation ability of China's automobile industry, therefore, if our automobile enterprises want to continue to develop and grow, they must rely on the innovation strategy of "we give priority to ourselves". At the end of this paper, the paper summarizes the full text and puts forward the prospect of further research.
