【摘要】：当今社会,科学技术的更新换代速度加快,迫使企业必须学习和把握科技创新的最新动向,及时采取相应对策；全球经济一体化格局逐步深化,对企业竞争力提出了更高的要求,而这些核心能力的获得正是组织集体学习的结晶。在这样的背景下,培养“学习型”组织是企业参与竞争的必然选择。随着烟草行业改革的不断深入,行业内部制造企业之间竞争逐步加剧。为应对竞争的需要,烟草制造企业也需要逐步向学习型组织转化,提高企业的核心竞争力。本文根据“学习型组织”的理论,结合案例企业长沙卷烟厂的实际情况,采用实证分析的方法,对企业创建学习型组织实践中面临的问题、采取的措施以及进一步改进的途径进行了探讨。首先,结合长沙卷烟厂面临的环境、企业现有管理状况和问题,采用SWOT分析方法,对长沙卷烟厂创建学习型组织的现状进行了分析；其次,基于前期的研究分析,借鉴其他企业的经验教训,提出长沙卷烟厂创建学习型组织的总体思路和方案；再次,对创建活动的具体实施和保障手段进行分析；最后,对长沙卷烟厂创建学习型组织的效果进行评估,明确改进方向。图13幅,
[Abstract]:In today's society, science and technology upgrading speed, the new trend of enterprises are forced to learn and grasp the scientific and technological innovation, to take corresponding countermeasures; the pattern of global economic integration deepening, put forward higher requirements on the competitiveness of enterprises, and get the core competence is the crystallization of collective learning in this background. Under the cultivation of learning organization is an inevitable choice for enterprises to participate in the competition.
