The Lean Production Mode is one of the most advanced production modes, its success is being learned worldwide, and its idea has led to great improvements for various production industries. This article makes comprehensive and systematic researches to the lean production methods and measures in the shipbuilding process and puts forth the production plan management system of the lean shipbuilding, which is based upon researches to production modes of worldwide leading shipbuilding companies and the practice of Chinese shipbuilding companies in way of transforming shipbuilding mode. The Integrated Management System for Production Plan subject to Lean Shipbuilding intends to reduce resource wastes through eliminating invalid time in shipbuilding, it is functioned to adopt the plan-drive
