高中课堂管理的理念

【摘要】:课堂管理是影响课堂教学质量的重要因素之一,高质量的课堂教学有赖于高效的课堂管理。普通高中教育是基础教育不可或缺的重要构成部分,目前传统的高中课堂管理理念严重影响着课堂教学质量的提升,制约了学生的自主发展以及创新精神的发挥,阻碍了素质教育的全面实施。在此背景之下,一线高中教师需要转变传统的课堂管理理念,将有效的教育教学管理理论运用到课堂管理中,树立“以学生为主”的教育理念,把促进学生的全面发展放在首要的位置,构建有效的课堂管理模式,改变当前低效的甚至是无效的课堂现状,以实现教育改革的真正意义。本文从以下几个方面阐述了高中课堂管理应有的理念。第一,教师应当树立以生为本的理念,以学生发展为导向,丰富教学资源,并倡导学生自主学习,增强学生的主体意识;第二,教师应当树立以学定教的理念,充分关注学生,了解顺应学情,以及制造“头脑风暴”来活跃课堂,启动学生发散性思维;第三,教师应当树立刚柔并济的理念,巧用激励策略,慎用惩罚策略,对课堂实施有效的调控,以减少课堂危机;第四,教师应当树立合作探究的理念,营造促进师生共同发展的教学情景或氛围,以及通过小组合作学习的方式促进学生形成良好协作精神;第五,教师应当树立和乐共生的理念,在课堂管理中乐教善导,以教导学,充分挖掘学生潜力,同时,学生也应该找准思考的起点,激发思考的动机。总之,研究高中课堂管理理念,有助于高中教师的专业成长,有助于提高高中课堂管理的效率,破除僵化的课堂管理模式,有助于学生全面发展,培养学生的创新和实践能力。研究者通过对高中课堂管理理念研究,以及高中教学中的亲身实践,试图在理论与实践上帮助教师树立课堂管理应有的理念,以期对提高高中课堂管理的效率有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Classroom management is one of the important factors that affect the quality of classroom teaching. High quality classroom teaching depends on efficient classroom management. Ordinary high school education is an indispensable part of basic education. The traditional concept of high school classroom management seriously affects the improvement of classroom teaching quality and restricts the independent development of students. The full implementation of the spirit of innovation has hindered the overall implementation of quality education. Under this background, first line high school teachers need to change the traditional classroom management concept, apply effective education and teaching management theory to classroom management, set up the "student-centered" education concept, and promote the overall development of students in the primary position. Building effective classroom management mode, changing current inefficient and even ineffective classroom situation, in order to realize the true meaning of education reform. This paper expounds the concept of classroom management in high school from the following aspects. First, teachers should set up a concept of living based on students' development, enrich teaching resources, and advocate students self. Second, teachers should set up the idea of learning to teach, the teachers should set up the idea of learning to teach, pay full attention to the students, understand the situation, and make the "brainstorming" to activate the classroom and start the students' divergent thinking. Third, the teachers should set up the concept of "rigid and soft", use the incentive strategy, use the punishment strategy carefully, and be real to the classroom. Effective regulation and control to reduce the classroom crisis; fourth, teachers should set up the concept of cooperative exploration, create a teaching situation or atmosphere to promote the common development of the teachers and students, and promote the students to form a good spirit of cooperation through the cooperative study of the group. Fifth, teachers should establish the concept of symbiosis with music and teach good in the classroom management. Guide, in order to teach guidance, fully excavate the potential of students, and at the same time, students should find the starting point of thinking and stimulate the motivation of thinking. In a word, studying the concept of high school classroom management helps the professional growth of high school teachers, helps to improve the efficiency of high school classroom management, and breaks down the rigid classroom management mode, and helps the students to develop and cultivate in an all-round way. Through the study of the concept of high school classroom management and the personal practice in high school teaching, the researchers try to help teachers set up the concept of classroom management in theory and practice, in order to have a certain reference value to improve the efficiency of high school classroom management.
