高中英语课堂中分层教学的应用研究

【摘要】:新一轮基础教育课程改革旨在全面推进素质教育。义务教育阶段的英语教育的目的是培养全体学生的科学素养。新课程呼唤教学方式和学习方式的变革。为了中华民族的复兴,为了每一位学生的发展,教学组织形式的转变势在必行。传统的班级授课制采用大一统的教学模式,很难兼顾不同学生的需要,没有真正做到面向全体,必然造成“优生吃不饱,差生吃不了”。分层教学是一种特别适应个别差异显著的教学组织形式,是一种在集体教学形式下的个别化教学策略,是一种善待个体差异的教学模式。而相对于其它教学组织形式,分层教学有它特有的内涵,其特点是充分承认学生发展的个性差异,在注重学生全面素质均衡发展的基础上,最大限度地发挥学生的特长,挖掘学生的潜能,使教学过程最优化,全面推进素质教育。本文将学习理论、多元智能理论、最近发展区理论与英语教学理论进行有机地结合,通过实验分析法与问卷调查研究分析,了解分层教学法在九江某高中英语教学中的实践应有情况,并根据应用后的效果分析提出分层教学法应用中注意的问题和进一步提升教学效果的对策和思路。
[Abstract]:The new round of basic education curriculum reform aims to promote quality education in an all-round way. The purpose of English education in compulsory education is to cultivate the scientific literacy of all students. The new curriculum calls for the reform of teaching and learning methods. For the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the development of every student, it is imperative to change the form of teaching organization. The traditional class teaching system adopts a unified teaching mode, which is difficult to take into account the needs of different students, and is not truly oriented to the whole, which is bound to result in "excellent students not having enough food and poor students unable to eat". Stratified teaching is a kind of teaching organization which is especially suitable for individual differences. It is a kind of individualized teaching strategy under the form of collective teaching and a teaching mode which is kind to individual differences. Compared with other teaching organization forms, stratified teaching has its own connotation. Its characteristics are to fully recognize the individual differences of students' development, to give full play to the students' special strengths on the basis of paying attention to the balanced development of students' overall quality. Tap the potential of students, optimize the teaching process, and promote quality education in an all-round way. This paper organically combines learning theory, multiple intelligences theory, proximal development area theory and English teaching theory. To understand the practice of stratified teaching in a high school English teaching in Jiujiang, and based on the analysis of the effect of the application, the paper puts forward the problems that should be paid attention to in the application of stratified teaching method and the countermeasures and ideas to further improve the teaching effect.
