隐性分层教学模式在高中英语阅读教学中的应用研究

《英语课程标准》(2011)指出:“英语阅读作为语言技能的重要组成部分,是语言学习过程中输入的主要环节。”不仅如此,阅读在高考英语中也占有很大的比重,因此,高中英语阅读教学显得尤为重要。然而,在传统的教学模式下,教师往往针对全体学生设定教学目标,设计教学活动,布置课后作业,忽略了个体间的差异,导致学生的学习积极性不高,考试成绩不理想。为了改善高中英语阅读教学现状,提高高中生英语阅读成绩,本研究将隐性分层教学模式应用于高中英语阅读教学中,旨在探讨其可行性与有效性。隐性分层教学是由分层教学发展而来,主要以最近发展区和掌握学习理论为基础。根据不同学生的不同特点,针对教学目标、课堂活动、课后作业、课后评价等进行分层,既能保护学生的自尊心,又能满足不同学生的需求,从而促进学生的全面发展。本研究拟探究三个问题:1.隐性分层教学模式对学生英语阅读学习的动机有什么影响?2.隐性分层教学模式对学生的英语阅读成绩有什么样的影响?3.在隐性分层教学模式中哪些措施可以促进中间层次的学生不断进步?笔者采用定性与定量相结合的研究方法,对辽宁省盖州市第一高级中学高一的两个平行班进行16周的实验,其中十三班为实验班(...
