英语教育硕士教育实习中教学反思的发展研究

  二十世纪八十年代以来,教学反思受到越来越多教育界研究者的关注,成为国内外的研究热点之一。由于教学反思是提高教师综合素质和促进教师专业发展的重要途径之一,因此更多的教师开始将他们的关注点转向教学反思。而教育实习阶段又是连接教育硕士学习和工作的重要时期,并且对他们的专业成长和发展起着不容忽视的重要作用。因此,教育实习阶段的培养对于职前教师教学反思意识和教学反思能力的形成是至关重要的。这篇论文主要研究了在中学实习的英语教育硕士的教学反思情况,主要研究了以下两个问题:1.英语实习教师的反思层次在教育实习中是如何变化发展的?2.影响英语实习教师教学反思发展的因素有哪些?基于以上两个研究问题,本研究采用个案研究法,研究对象为某部署师范大学五位英语教育硕士。运用建构主义有关教学观点和Van Manen的反思层次理论对英语教育硕士的反思层次变化发展和影响因素进行了分析研究。研究发现虽然在教育实习开始阶段,大多数实习教师的反思层次都处于低层次,但是通过教育实习,五位实习教师的教学反思层次都得到了不同程度的提高。在教育实习后期,他们的教学反思层次都能够达到实践性反思的层次,其中少数几个可以达到批判性反思层次...
