《上海终身教育促进条例》成效、挑战及修订建议

【摘要】：《上海终身教育促进条例》(以下简称《条例》)颁布施行已6年多时间,《条例》对促进和健全上海终身教育的发展发挥了重要作用,在它的推进下,上海终身教育事业取得了巨大成效,但是随着经济社会的迅速发展变化,终身教育事业不断扩大、深化,很多新问题、新情况不断涌现,而《条例》对新出现的问题不能有效的予以规制,因此迫切需要进一步修订。
[Abstract]:It has been more than six years since the promulgation and implementation of the Shanghai regulations on the Promotion of lifelong Education (hereinafter referred to as "the regulations"). The regulations have played an important role in promoting and improving the development of lifelong education in Shanghai. The cause of lifelong education in Shanghai has made great achievements. However, with the rapid development and changes of the economy and society, the cause of lifelong education is constantly expanding and deepening, and many new problems and new situations are constantly emerging. However, the regulations can not effectively regulate the emerging problems, so it is urgent to amend them further.
