农村社区教育的社区治理及运行机理探析

【摘要】:社区教育作为新型社区的重要构成要素,对社区全面治理具有积极的推动作用。从社区教育与社区治理的关系而言,社区教育与社区秩序治理、文化治理、经济治理与环境治理之间存在着逻辑上的服务关系。但社区教育在社区治理过程中也有其自身的运行机理,主要表现为:以新型社区建设为目标导向;以社区秩序、文化、经济与环境治理为主要内容;以虚拟与实体交互的教育组织为依托;倡导多元且实用的教育方法;推行能者愿者为师的师资建设策略。
[Abstract]:Community education, as an important component of the new community, plays an active role in promoting the overall governance of the community. From the perspective of the relationship between community education and community governance, there is a logical service relationship between community education and community order governance, cultural governance, economic governance and environmental governance. However, community education also has its own operational mechanism in the process of community governance, which mainly shows as follows: taking the new type of community construction as the goal orientation, taking community order, culture, economy and environmental governance as the main contents, and taking community order, culture, economy and environmental governance as the main contents. Based on the fictitious and entity interactive educational organization, the author advocates multiple and practical educational methods, and promotes the teachers' construction strategy of teachers who are capable and willing to be teachers.
