改善农村剩余劳动力转移培训的对策分析——以河南省A市为实证

【摘要】：近年来,随着我国经济步入新常态,增长速度减缓,农村剩余劳动力转移的结构性矛盾日益突出,文章就此问题对河南省A市展开了实证分析,结果表明学员对转移培训的满意度整体偏低,转移培训存在针对性不强、体系不完善、学院参与热情低和评估机制缺失等问题,从市场需求出发,提出了改进策略:理顺体制,保障培训高效开展;针对需求,积极优化培训体系;改善条件,激发培训学员热情;统筹兼顾,完善培训评估机制。
[Abstract]:In recent years, as China's economy enters the new normal, the growth rate slows down, the structural contradiction of rural surplus labor force transfer becomes more and more prominent. The result shows that the students' satisfaction with the transfer training is on the whole low, the transfer training is not targeted, the system is not perfect, the college participation enthusiasm is low and the evaluation mechanism is missing, and so on. According to the market demand, the paper puts forward the improvement strategy: straightening out the system, Ensure the efficient development of training; According to the demand, optimize the training system actively; improve the conditions, stimulate the enthusiasm of the trainees; overall consideration, improve the training evaluation mechanism.
