供给侧视角下我国普通高校学历继续教育存在的问题及改革路径

【摘要】:当下我国正以供给侧改革引领新常态下的社会发展,供给侧改革为我国普通高校学历继续教育的改革提供了新视角。目前,我国普通高校学历继续教育的供给侧存在着供给质量和效率偏低、供需不匹配、供给监管失范、供给专业性不高的问题。为突破发展瓶颈,普通高校学历继续教育应以内涵发展为核心,提升供给质量;以学习者和社会需求为导向,提高供给适需性;重构混合式教学方式,提高供给效率;借助现代信息技术,打造规范化供给管理体系;建设优质师资队伍,实现精准化、专业化供给。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is leading the social development under the new normal with supply-side reform, and the supply-side reform provides a new angle of view for the reform of continuing education of academic qualifications in colleges and universities. At present, the supply-side of continuing education of academic qualifications in colleges and universities in our country has the problems of low supply quality and efficiency, mismatch between supply and demand, improper supervision of supply, and low professional supply. In order to break through the bottleneck of development, the continuing education of academic qualifications in colleges and universities should take connotation development as the core, improve the quality of supply, take learners' and social demand as the guide, improve the adaptability of supply, reconstruct the mixed teaching mode and improve the efficiency of supply. With the help of modern information technology, to create standardized supply management system, to build quality teachers, to achieve precision, specialized supply.
