【摘要】:语言教学和文化教学是对外汉语教学中密不可分的两个方面,彼此互相影响,文化教学有时甚至会促进学生语言知识的习得。饮食文化作为中国文化的重要组成部分,它的独特性也对汉语的词汇、句子、表达产生了一些影响。因此,我们在对外汉语的教学过程中应当重视饮食文化的教学,从留学生感兴趣的话题作为教学的关键引入点,能提高留学生的学习热情,增加他们课堂的参与度,让他们更好地理解中国人的文化观念,进而更准确的理解汉语知识、运用汉语词汇。《舌尖上的中国Ⅱ》是一部讲述中国饮食文化的纪录片,它的内容新颖丰富且具有时代感,本文将它作为典型案例来探讨,希望能够探讨出在实际教学中如何进行饮食文化教学,进而达到更好的传播中国的饮食文化的效果。
