高校思想政治理论课教学适度性研究

【摘要】:高校思想政治理论课是为中国特色社会主义事业培养德智体美全面发展的建设者和接班人的主阵地和主渠道,是传播执政党执政理念的主要载体,通过教育教学帮助学生树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观。高校思想政治理论课教学的效果和质量一直受到高度的关注,经过多年的改革与探索高校思想政治理论课教学的效果取得了一定的成果,然而高校思想政治理论课教学的针对性和实效性不强的问题仍然存在,这一问题仍未解决的主要原因之一在于教学过程中存在着过犹不及的现象,包括教育目标过高、教学内容过于理论化、教学方式过于单一、教学理念过于僵化、考试内容过于强调知识记忆性等不适度的现象,这些现象的存在均不利于增强高校思想政治理论课的针对性与实效性。如何使高校思想政治理论课教学做到恰如其分、恰到好处地将马克思主义理论灌输到大学生的头脑中已经成为我们亟待解决的问题。本文以提高思想政治理论课的针对性和实效性作为落脚点,针对高校思想政治理论课教学各方面的适度性进行了相对系统全面的研究。进行因材施教、制定个性化的人才培养方案;在教学内容上适当与学生实际相结合,丰富教学内容,既不能照本宣科又不能完全脱离教材和大纲内容;采取适宜的教学方法,将传统教学方式与现代教学方式相结合,课堂教学与课外实践相结合,运用语言艺术的魅力提高学生的积极性,让学生主动参与到课堂当中;通过促进思想政治理论课考试方式的改革,增添考试方式的灵活性,注重对大学生能力的培养;还要不断增强高校思想政治理论课教师的专业技能与科研能力,不断更新教学理念,最终使思想政治理论课成为大学生真正喜爱、终生受益的一门课程,真正使马克思主义和马克思义中国化理论进入大学生的头脑并加以认同,转化成信念、外化于行动。
[Abstract]:The ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities is the main position and main channel for the constructors and successors to cultivate the moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic development in an all-round way for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and is the main carrier to spread the ruling concept of the ruling party. Help students establish correct world outlook, outlook on life and values through education and teaching. The effect and quality of ideological and political theory teaching in colleges and universities have been highly concerned. After many years of reform and exploration, the effect of ideological and political theory teaching in colleges and universities has achieved certain results. However, the problem that the teaching of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities is not specific and effective still exists. One of the main reasons why this problem remains unsolved is that there is a phenomenon that is too high in the teaching process, including too high an educational goal. The teaching content is too theoretical, the teaching method is too single, the teaching idea is too rigid, and the examination content is too much emphasis on knowledge and memory. The existence of these phenomena is not conducive to strengthening the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities. How to make the teaching of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities be appropriate and properly inculcate Marxist theory into the minds of college students has become an urgent problem to be solved. Aiming at improving the pertinence and effectiveness of the ideological and political theory course, this paper makes a relatively systematic and comprehensive study on the moderation of the ideological and political theory course teaching in colleges and universities. To teach students according to their aptitude, to formulate individualized personnel training programs, to combine the teaching contents with the students' reality, to enrich the teaching contents, to neither follow the textbook nor completely separate from the teaching materials and syllabuses, and to adopt appropriate teaching methods. Combine the traditional teaching method with the modern teaching method, the classroom teaching and the extracurricular practice, use the charm of the language art to improve the enthusiasm of the students, let the students take the initiative to participate in the classroom; Through promoting the reform of the examination method of the ideological and political theory course, increasing the flexibility of the examination mode, paying attention to the cultivation of the college students' ability, and constantly strengthening the professional skills and scientific research ability of the ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities, By constantly renewing the teaching idea, the course of ideological and political theory will become a course that students really like and benefit from all their lives, so that Marxism and Marxist theory of Chinese meaning can really enter the minds of college students, identify with them and transform them into beliefs. Externalize in action.
