高校创客空间建设机制研究——基于美国HEMI高校的实践启示

【摘要】:高校创客空间(Academic Makerspace)是不容忽视的人才培养载体和学科交叉共享平台。国内高校创客空间在建设过程中面临着管理机制不健全、开放性不足、安全性缺位、共享性不强等现实问题。美国HEMI高校创客空间拥有精干高效的管理机制,以保证充足的开放时间;打造多元包容的开放机制,以吸引不同群体会员加入;构建软硬结合的安全控制机制,以确保创客空间安全运行;通过校内外合作实现跨学科团队资源共享,以推动创新创业转化。国内高校创客空间的发展应选择性借鉴国外高校成熟经验,升级现有载体,构建学科交叉共享平台,汇聚协同发展动力;加强课程设计,推动创客公共课程建设,激发学生创新张力;注重内外联动,维持创客空间生态平衡,增强创业转化活力。
[Abstract]:Academic Makerspace is the carrier of talent training and the platform of interdisciplinary sharing. In the process of construction, domestic colleges and universities are faced with some practical problems, such as imperfect management mechanism, insufficient openness, lack of security, low sharing and so on. In order to ensure sufficient opening hours, HEMI University Founding Space in the United States has a smart and efficient management mechanism to ensure adequate opening hours; to create a pluralistic and inclusive open mechanism to attract different groups of members to join; to build a security control mechanism that combines soft and hard. In order to ensure the safe operation of the creative space, the interdisciplinary team resource sharing can be realized through the cooperation between the school and the outside, so as to promote the transformation of innovation and entrepreneurship. The development of domestic colleges and universities should learn from the mature experience of foreign universities, upgrade the existing carriers, build a platform for cross-sharing of disciplines, pool the power of collaborative development, strengthen the curriculum design, promote the construction of public courses for creators. Stimulate students' creative tension, pay attention to internal and external interaction, maintain the ecological balance of creative space, and enhance the vitality of entrepreneurial transformation.
