上海市大学生休闲感知与休闲行为研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济的发展,人们的闲暇时间越来越多,而对于在校大学生来说,休闲已经成为大学生生活中必不可少的重要部分。如何安排休闲时光、怎样选择休闲活动方式等一系列问题都成为各国学者关注的焦点。大学生作为国家、民族的希望和未来,他们的休闲方式是否健康,休闲阻碍的影响是否较大,他们接受的休闲教育现状如何,将影响其思想意识、道德修养、行为习惯、心理品质等的养成。本文在总结国内外休闲相关研究成果和对上海高校实地调研的基础上,通过借鉴国外研究问卷、查阅文献、访谈后形成“上海市大学生休闲感知与休闲行为研究”的初测问卷,对问卷进行信度测试,最终形成包含5部分的调查量表,该量表包含大学生休闲感知、休闲活动参与、休闲阻碍、休闲教育、人口统计变量,该量表内部一致性信度较为理想,可以作为上海市大学生休闲感知和休闲行为问卷调查的工具。通过对上海地区的38所高校大学生进行网上问卷调查,对实证调查数据进行一系列定量分析,分析不同背景的上海市大学生在休闲感知以及休闲行为的差异,并研究上海市大学生休闲感知与休闲活动参与、休闲阻碍、休闲教育、人口统计变量之间的关系。本研究利用Spss Statistics 21.0和ARCgis10.2进行数据分析处理,包括以下的分析方法:信度检验、频率分析、方差分析、因子分析、多元方差分析、T检验、多重线性分析、卡方、Pearson相关分析等定量统计方法进行了分析。主要的研究结果:1)上海市大学生认为在他们的生活中休闲的作用是“重要的”;“休闲”经常被概念化为“减轻压力”或“放松”;2)上海市女大学生更经常参与社交休闲,艺术/爱好活动,教育发展类活动,然而男大学生比女大学生更经常参与游戏,运动类活动;3)当大学生参与休闲活动时,比起个人内在阻碍或者人际间阻碍,他们更可能受到结构性阻碍;4)略少于一半的学生认为他们的学校提供了关于休闲的教育课程,并且他们对于学校提供的休闲教育感到少量的满意;关于上海市大学生急切需要的休闲教育的内容,学习“决策”是最急需的,接着是“休闲意识”,“咨询”和“技能/资源”;5)性别变量与休闲感知、休闲活动类型、休闲阻碍和休闲教育内容显著相关。本文细致地研究上海市大学生休闲感知与休闲行为的关系,充实了相关研究理论,同时也对高校大学生的闲暇教育及心理健康发展起到借鉴和启示作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy in our country, people have more and more leisure time. For college students, leisure has become an essential part of college students' life. How to arrange leisure time and how to choose leisure activities have become the focus of scholars all over the world. College students, as a country, nation's hope and future, whether their leisure way is healthy or not, whether the influence of leisure hindrance is great or not, and what the present situation of leisure education they receive, will affect their ideology, moral accomplishment, behavior habits, The cultivation of psychological qualities, etc. On the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign leisure related research results and field investigation of Shanghai colleges and universities, this paper draws lessons from foreign research questionnaires, looks up the literature, and forms a preliminary questionnaire of "Leisure perception and Leisure behavior Research of Shanghai University students" after interviews. The reliability of the questionnaire was tested, and the questionnaire consisted of five parts, which included college students' leisure perception, leisure activity participation, leisure hindrance, leisure education, demographic variables, and the reliability of the internal consistency of the scale. It can be used as a questionnaire of leisure perception and leisure behavior of college students in Shanghai. Through an online questionnaire survey on 38 college students in Shanghai, a series of quantitative analysis of empirical survey data is carried out to analyze the differences of leisure perception and behavior among Shanghai college students from different backgrounds. The relationship between leisure perception, leisure activity participation, leisure hindrance, leisure education and demographic variables of Shanghai college students is also studied. In this study, Spss Statistics 21.0 and ARCgis10.2 were used for data analysis and processing, including the following analysis methods: reliability test, frequency analysis, variance analysis, factor analysis, multivariate analysis of variance T test, multiple linear analysis. The quantitative statistical methods such as Pearson correlation analysis were analyzed. The main findings of this study are: (1) Shanghai university students consider the role of leisure in their lives to be "important"; "leisure" is often conceptualized as "reducing stress" or "relaxing" (2) female college students in Shanghai are more often involved in social leisure. Art / hobby activities, educational development activities, however, male college students are more often involved in games than female students, and sports activities are 3) when college students participate in leisure activities, they are more likely to be involved in personal or interpersonal barriers. They are more likely to be structurally hindered) slightly less than half of the students think that their school offers a leisure education curriculum, and they are less satisfied with the leisure education provided by the school; With regard to the content of leisure education urgently needed by college students in Shanghai, learning "decision making" is urgently needed, followed by "leisure consciousness", "consultation" and "skill / resource" (5) gender variables and leisure perception, types of leisure activities. Leisure hindrance is significantly related to the content of leisure education. This paper makes a detailed study on the relationship between leisure perception and leisure behavior of college students in Shanghai, which enriches the relevant research theories, and at the same time, plays a reference and enlightening role in the leisure education and the development of mental health of college students.
